Operation process

Cleaning: the substrate surface must be clean and dry, without dust, oil and water stains.

Planning: determine the correct gluing plan according to the substrate, weight and bonding area.

Applying: cut the nozzle along the 45 degree angle or "V" shape with a knife, put the sealant into the caulking gun, place and screw the nozzle at the mouth of the caulking gun, then apply glue.

Fixing: bonding the substrate and press it to make it closely combined with the sealant.

Heavy objects can be fixed and supported with the help of support frame or cushion block to prevent the substrate from sliding before the colloid is cured, and can be removed after 24h.

When bonding glass, it should be noted that the bonding surface should not be exposed to sunlight.

Not suitable for all materials that seep out oil, plasticizers or solvents, such as the surface of oil-impregnated wood.
