Product description
E001SS55X series single component thermal conductive silicone grease is used as a thermal conductive material in electronic devices, with excellent thermal conductivity. The E001SS55X series products have low viscosity, which allows for close contact between the surface of electronic components that need to be cooled and the heat sink, reducing thermal resistance. This can quickly and effectively lower the temperature of electronic components, thereby extending their service life and improving their reliability. E001SS55X series single component thermal conductive silicone grease does not crosslink, so this product is easy to operate in case of changes or replacement of the heat sink during electronic assembly.

Operation process
Clean the surface of the second coated component, extrude a sufficient amount of single component thermal conductive silicone grease onto the surface of the device through a syringe, and then apply slight pressure to the second surface for bonding.
If there is any extruded silicone grease, it can be wiped clean with a cloth. Each use should be sealed for future use.
Or use screen printing machines for construction operations.

This product sealed storage, recommended storage temperature of 5~25℃ cool dry place; The storage period at room temperature is 24 months
