Product description
C002PS3X is a one-component, self-leveling, nonpriming, polyurethane sealant designed for horizontal expansion joints in concrete floors and decks. Use where flexibility as well as abrasion and puncture resistance are required. Withstands chemical attack, heavy traffic, and has a long performance life. Typical uses include freeway, concrete road,airport runways and industrial floors.

Construction process
Pre-Treatment
Cleaning the substrate surface: The substrate surface must be firm and free of loose materials; the substrate surface must be dry, and construction on a wet substrate surface is prohibited; the substrate surface must be clean, such as: free of dust, grease, asphalt, tar, paint, wax, rust, impermeable agent, curing agent, isolation agent and film, etc. Surface cleaning can be handled by scraping, cutting, grinding, sweeping, washing, wiping, blowing, etc.
Construction: Load the caulking glue into the caulking equipment, and insert the glue outlet hose into the bottom of the construction joint to inject the caulking glue into the construction joint.
Reserve gaps: Because the construction joint will expand and contract with temperature changes, the surface of the caulking glue after construction should be lower than the road surface, 2-3mm in summer and 1-2mm in winter.
Packing specifications
Foil sausage packaging：600ml/ sausage, 20 sausages/carton;

Storage and transportation
Shelf life: 9 months in unopened packaging in a cool and dry storage place at temperatures between +8℃ to + 28℃
Precautions
Unused products should be immediately sealed and stored to prevent moisture absorption.
Keep away from children.
It is recommended to be used in a well-ventilated place.
In case of contact with eyes and skins, rinse with plenty of water first, and seek medical advice immediately if necessary.
