UV resistance MS waterproof coating is a moisture curing self leveling waterproof coating based on modified silane, with high tear resistance, adhesion strength,excellent waterproof and UV resistance properties.
It is mainly used for waterproof, anti-seepage, leak-proof, moisture -proof and mildew-proof of buildings and constructions, special designed for the roof.
Polyurethane waterproof coating is >90% solid content, moisture curing, self leveling waterproof coating based on polyurethane,
with high tear resistance, adhesion strength and excellent waterproof properties.
It is mainly used for waterproof, anti-seepage, leak-proof, moisture-proof and mildew-proof of buildings and constructions. We have two type of polyurethane waterproof coating which can be one component and two component..

Waterproof and moisture-proof of kitchen, bathroom, balcony, roof and other ordinary home decoration;

POLYUREA WATERPROOFING COATING
Polyurea waterproof coating is a high-performance protective material formed by the reaction between an isocyanate component and an amine compound component.
Its most notable feature is rapid curing, allowing application even under high humidity or low-temperature conditions.
The coating forms a seamless layer with excellent waterproofing, anti-corrosion, abrasion resistance, and impact resistance.
It also offers good flexibility, accommodating minor substrate deformations. It has UV resistance type and Not UV resistance type. (Different performance is shown in the table below)
Typical application of Polyurea waterproof coating is for
Waterproofing and anti-corrosion of various buildings, especially for waterproof projects with harsh service environments and heavy loads,
including parking buildings, sports stadium stands, and helicopter landing pads.
It can also be used for exposed waterproofing projects that involve long-term immersion in water or water flow erosion,
including outdoor swimming pools, aquariums, and water parks.
High strength polyurea waterproof coating can be used for anti-corrosion spraying of high-speed railways, highways, elevated structures, concrete
(or steel structure) bridges, bridge piers, etc. in coastal or acid rain areas;
The anti-corrosion surface layer of concrete and steel component materials for storage tanks, floors, and other equipment in the chemical storage tank,
chemical and pipeline, power energy, steel and petrochemical industries;
Wear resistant and protective lining for trucks, containers, loading and unloading vehicles, and military equipment.
ACRYLIC WATERPROOFING COATING
Acrylic waterproof coating is a single component water-based waterproof coating with pure acrylate lotion as the main raw material,
which has UV resistance type and Not UV resistance type. (Different performance is shown in the table below)
Not UV resistant acrylic waterproof coating, which cannot be exposed to sunlight,
suitable for waterproofing, anti-seepage and moisture-proof of roofs, toilets, balconies and floors of various new and old buildings and structures.
Characteristics of Not UV resistant acrylic waterproof coating
(1)Water based single component coating, easy to use, environmentally friendly.
(2) Super strong elasticity and elongation can effectively adapt to grassroots deformation.

Caution Construction
The recommendation thickness of waterproof coating is 2mm. Usually apply 1mm thickness per time.
Theoretically, to a completely flat ground with 2mm thickness waterproof coating:
3.2 KGS to 3.4 KGS polyurethane waterproof coating are required.
2.6 KGS to 2.8 KGS 2K sprayed polyurea waterproof coating are required.
2.2 KGS to 2.4 KGS 1K polyurea waterproof coating are required.
2.4 KGS to 2.8 KGS UV resistance polyurea waterproof coating are required.
3.0 KGS to 3.1 KGS UV resistance MS waterproof coating are required.
4.8 KGS acrylic waterproof coating are required.
As the construction environment is not the same, and the compatibility of different waterproof coating to different substrates, test is necessary,
final technical data and compatibility will be subjected to your test result.
The technical data is based on standard condition with 23±2℃ 55±5% RH,
Test Standard of different waterproof coating is different,
the test methods are from China Standard of GB/T19250-2013,GB/T13477.2,GB/T528, GB/T531, GB/T55030-2022, T/CWA204-2021, JC/T864-2008,etc.
For better surface treatment of the substrate, primer and putty can be used first, followed by waterproof coating. Both primer and putty are two-component.
To protect from sunlight, top coat can be covered on the waterproof coating without UV resistance performance.
Top coat is a two-component light yellow transparent weather resistance coating used for polyurethane or polyurea waterproof coating
The weight ratio is 1:2, solid content is about 85%, tensile strength is ≥4, elongation rate at break is ≥200,
adhesion strength is ≥2.5Mpa, 0.2KG TO 0.5KG per square meter (depends on the surface of substrate)
If there are big gaps on the substrate surface, please use joints adhesive sealant before using waterproof coating to seal the gaps.

One component MS Polymer joints adhesive sealant
one-component sealant based on silane-modified polyether resin as the main component, with good sealing and cohesion, non-corrosive to the substrate and non-polluting to the environment. It is a high modulus, solvent-free, isocyanate-free, and PVC-free sealant. It has good adhesion strength to many substances and can also be used on the surface of painted substances.

One Component Automotive& Transportation Polyurethane/MS Adhesive Sealant
Windshield adhesive is a black, UV-resistant, ultra-high viscosity, one-component windshield adhesive based on polyurethane or MS.

POTTING PROTECTION ADHESIVE SEALANT
Potting adhesive sealant, also known as encapsulating material or potting glue, refers to the circuit or wire and moisture, air pollution and other harmful substances isolated,
protect it from thermal stress or mechanical stress, while improving its insulation performance, and poured in the circuit or wire sealing protection material.
Potting adhesive sealant can be a single component or two component, based on silicon, epoxy, polyurethane and other potting material, widely used in the protection of
